STME supports the Bukhatir Group achieve growth strategy

The Bukhatir Group has more than 30 companies with diverse interests across construction, manufacturing, information technology, shopping malls, education, engineering services, real estate development, sports and the television media. With operations across North America, North Africa, West and South Asia the group has an annual turnover of approximately AED 3 billion.

With continuous expansion, the Bukhatir Group wanted to upgrade the capacity of its existing Storage sub-systems, in line with their growth strategy. The Group made a strategic choice to partner with STME. STME offered: services re-engineering their backup infrastructure. This involved studying their current setup, identifying the potential latencies and based on these learnings offered a comprehensive backup solution that comprised of Tape Library and Backup Software.

Also, to achieve uninterrupted speedy backups, STME offered a Tape SAN solution. The solution also included a capacity upgrade for NetApp Storage.
