Emirates Financial Towers contracts Hitachi for AED 16 million to equip its elevators and escalators

Within its keen interest to choose the best and safest and modern equipment to finish its outstanding project, The Emirates Financial Towers signed an AED 16 millions worth contract with Al Futtaim Engineering (Elevator Division), a firm that represents Hitachi in UAE.

The contract is to equip the Emirates Financial Towers with Hitachi elevators and escalators that combine state-of-the-art electronics and ultra-precision manufacturing capability.

Emirates Financial Towers chose Al Futtaim Engineering out of an outstanding group of competitors who offered their offers aiming to win the project elevators equipping. Emirates Financial Towers chose Hitachi at the last moment as they had best prices and equipment.

"The high competition we witnessed between a great number of leading companies to equip the Emirates Financial Towers' elevators, demonstrates the importance of these towers regarding design, location, characteristics and even in the benefits and facilities they offer to its owners", said Hani Abu Auida, The Chief Executive Officer of Emirates Financial Towers.

"The multi-characteristics that Emirates Financial Towers contain include quality formation and a modern technique in design, developed to international standards that fulfill investor's ambitions and urges us to choose the best and brightest names to help develop the project. Elevators are one of the most important equipments a building needs, thus this obliges us to be as accurate as possible in choosing the best for this project. For that, we choose Hitachi international elevators", he added.

The 19 Hitachi elevators chosen for Emirates Financial towers are from the firm's state of the art selection of Elevators & Escalators. They are characterized by 7 High speed elevators of 4 mps speed with flexible intelligence group control , 3 machine room less elevators and the unique 6 nos escalator design from Hitachi , which will enrich the luxurious class of the building standards in it's kind.
