SCLG expands global reach with new Board of International Advisors

These International Advisors from eight countries covering Africa, Asia, Europe and North America will support SCLG leadership team in building and sustaining SCM and logistics specific global strategy.

The International Advisors will also support the group in lobbying with local bodies, governments and business delegates to the UAE or Middle Eastern countries to promote trade through SCM/Logistics connections. In addition, SCLG will be able to connect globally to benefit Dubai, the Dubai Chamber of Commerce, as well as local and regional members of the group.

"We are proud to have the support of these leading figures in the international SCM/Logistics community as SCLG's International Advisors. With the inauguration of this team, we move forward with our goal of going international in line with the Dubai Strategic Plan for 2015 launched earlier this year by His Highness Sheikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE Prime Minister and Vice President, and Ruler of Dubai," said Cliff Cuttelle, one of the Founders and Consultative Committee Member of SCLG.

"We look forward to working with the new board members across the globe. The team of respected experts will connect SCLG to their local industry bodies and professionals and extend their support in communicating about activities in their home countries," Mr. Cuttelle added.

Following the initial announcement of the current International Advisors, SCLG leadership team will be looking to identify and add many more International Advisors from various countries across the globe, to continue supporting Dubai's vision of globalisation in Supply Chain Management & Logistics Domain.
