Catalyst buys into Omni

Jordan's Catalyst Private Equity has made a strategic investment in Omni Oil Technologies, a drilling tool design and manufacturing company. Omni's primary operations are in the UAE, with additional operations and offices in Oman, Saudi Arabia, Egypt and Malaysia. Catalyst also recently acquired 50% of Millennium Energy Industries, an emerging energy technology company.
