Dubai rent cap may be revised

Dubai's 7% rent cap may be relaxed under new regulations that are expected to be issued by the emirate, reported Gulf News. The current rent cap will be relaxed or kept the same, said a source from Dubai's new Real Estate Regulatory Agency, which will advise the emirate on the rent cap. A decision is expected by December.
