Abu Saafa posts record output

Bahrain's Abu Saafa Oil Field recorded a 5.4% increase in crude oil production in the first half of the year, reported Bahrain Tribune. The field produced 27.11 million barrels of crude at the rate of 149,778 barrels per day in the first half of 2007, compared to 25.703 million barrels in the first half of 2006.
