GE gets Dolphin deal

GE Oil and Gas' PII Pipeline Solutions Group has been awarded a long-term contract to provide the UAE's Dolphin Energy with integrity management services to ensure the uninterrupted operation of its natural gas pipelines linked to Qatar's North Field. The deal covers two 70 kilometre long sea-lines which connect Dolphin's two offshore platforms to its processing plant in Qatar and the 364 kilometre long sub-sea export line from Qatar to the UAE.
