Emaar to get market boost

Financial analysts believe Saturday's announcement that Emaar Properties and Dubai Holding are to form a joint venture to develop real estate projects will give a boost to Dubai's stock market, reported Gulf News. Emaar's share price dipped earlier in the year after it was revealed it would give Dubai Holding stock in exchange for land. But the new tie-up should end 'uncertainty' that prompted selling and should lift Emaar's price.
