The international event will be attended by delegations from China and further a field, especially from South-East Asia, many of whom have been customers of DUBAL for many years. Indeed, the Far East and ASEAN regions have represented DUBAL's major markets since the company's inception, currently accounting for about 43% of total annual production on average, of which approximately 48% is foundry alloy; 47% extrusion billet and 5% high purity aluminium.
Mohammad Al Mutawa, DUBAL's Marketing & Sales Manager: Asia, said,
"Our participation will reinforce the strong position that DUBAL holds in the Asian markets by demonstrating our high quality standards, service ethics, reliable delivery and professionalism, as well as our sincere commitment to the market."
"Aluminium China 2007 will also enable us to stay up-to-date with the changing market dynamics by giving us insight into market trends in terms of growth and business demands. This will equip DUBAL to plan strategically for the additional volumes and product lines set to come on stream in a few years time, which will translate into sales growth opportunities in this vital region," explained Mr Al Mutawa.
DUBAL will also use the event to network with key players in diverse industry sectors and develop relationships with customers. Importantly, the exhibition will provide a unique opportunity for the company's new sales managers to gain international market exposure and experience, as part of DUBAL's ongoing programme to develop talent and conduct meaningful succession planning.
