CHI Development Group to receive an award for Lime Tree Valley at Jumeirah Golf Estates
- United Arab Emirates: Tuesday, August 28 - 2007 at 11:40
- PRESS RELEASE
CHI Development Group in association with Oryx Real Estate has been officially informed that the company is to receive an award in the prestigious CNBC Arabian Property Awards 2007 in association with Al Qudra Holding.
The CNBC awards are an annual event that recognise high quality developments both locally and globally. The full extent of this success will be revealed at a glittering gala dinner at the Madinat Jumeirah five-star hotel in Dubai on Tuesday, 23rd October.
The fact that CHI Development Group has earned one of these coveted awards is proof that the company can not only compete but also triumph within the highly competitive Arabian property arena. Having been given this high recommendation by its peers, the company will be entitled to display the CNBC Arabian Property Awards' logo with pride. This symbol of excellence will be recognised and appreciated by the public, who are becoming increasingly well informed and discerning about the properties they seek to buy.
Entries were judged by a panel of professionals whose collective knowledge of the property industry is second to none and unsurpassed by any other property awards. Chaired by Eric Pickles, British Shadow Secretary of State, this year's judges included Jonathan Price, president of the International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI), Omer Ghani, director of sales CNBC Arabiya, and Christopher Hall, immediate past president, National Association of Estate Agents.
CHI Development Group has only been in the region for less than two years so to achieve this award is a reflection of their determination to raise the bar in terms of delivery of their properties from marketing through to execution and hand-over.
Roger Wakeham, Director of Development for CHI, said of the forthcoming award, "We are extremely proud to be associated with this award as it recognises the significant efforts made by the Company to create a niche market in an ever demanding and competitive environment. We are also very pleased to have worked with Oryx Real Estate in selling and marketing these exclusive villas who once again proved themselves as a very professional and creative agency."
Lime Tree Valley at Jumeirah Golf Estates includes 121 luxury Spanish styled villas located on Earth, the eco-signature golf course by the legendary Greg Norman.
