IAA Jordan awards the first annual achievement award

The award honors the pioneers of the advertising industry in the Kingdom who played a significant role in the development of this industry.

"This IAA Jordan Achievement Award will be given each year to people who have made tremendous contributions to the advertising and marketing communications industry. It is our way to recognize and thank those who have worked hard in enabling the industry to grow into international standards. This year we gave the first award to Mr. Samaan Bouri to acknowledge his continuous contribution as a pioneer of the industry," said Mustapha Tabba, President of IAA Jordan.

The IAA Jordan endorsed the Jordan Advertising Awards 2007 that took place at the Grand Hyatt Amman Hotel on Friday, August 24th and was organized by MediaScope and ArabAd.
A total of 213 awards were distributed during the event which hosted more than 30 local advertising and marketing communications' agencies.

"We thank MediaScope and ArabAd for holding an event that recognizes the exceptional work of the marketing communications industry. We would like also to congratulate and thank all the agencies that were present at this important awards ceremony," concluded Tabba.
