- PRESS RELEASE
Emirates Motor Company, the official Mercedes-Benz distributor in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain and a member of Al Fahim Group, celebrated the opening of a new state-of-the-art showroom at Marina Mall in Abu Dhabi on September 2, 2007.
"Being by far the busiest mall in Abu Dhabi, Marina Mall is a perfect location for EMC to display and sell Mercedes-Benz," said Mr. Rifai. The location puts the customer first bringing Mercedes-Benz into the heart of retail in Abu Dhabi.
The Marina Mall showroom is the first step of EMC's multi-million Dirham expansion scheme, followed by another spectacular showroom in Mussafah in 2008.
The impressive 2,350 square-metre premises are twice as large as the current showroom on Airport Road which will remain operational.
"In fact, this new showroom enables us to show every model we make, including those from AMG, Maybach and McLaren. More importantly, it enables our growing number of customers to understand and appreciate just what it is that makes our brands and our products so special. And it does so in a tailor-made environment."
To mark this memorable event, EMC is giving its first 62 walk-in customers a full day of upper class experience onboard a Maybach 62S with a designated chauffeur at their disposal.
In addition to celebrate the opening, the mall has become a Mercedes-Benz carnival where the most extravagant Mercedes-Benz models are being displayed at principal locations, including the all new GL-Class, the flagship of the company's luxury SUV range, which celebrated 100 years of Mercedes-Benz 4x4 displayed in the circle of elite boutiques.
The Elegant E-Class and the serene C Class are showcased around the main entrance and coffee shop area. In addition to the car displays, EMC branding cascades the main entrance of the mall, the cinema and the new extension.
"As sole agents for Mercedes-Benz in Abu Dhabi, we strongly believe that we must add value to the brand," added Mr. Rifai. "This new showroom is not only a new star in Abu Dhabi's automotive industry, but also provides us with the opportunity to move closer to the customer".
This move is another milestone in the long history of EMC, enabling the company to continue setting the highest standards, improving the quality of customer experiences and increasing client satisfaction. The move also helps EMC to adhere to Alfahim's mission of delivering superior services with a passion to exceed all expectations.
