Antonio Bautista's experience will be crucial for Gourmet Gulf Company as it plans to invest over USD 50 million to open over 100 new outlets in the GCC over the next 4 years.

In his previous position as Director of Business Development and Operations for Hard Rock Café Europe, Middle East and India, Mr. Bautista played a key role in the development of the organization through successful market openings in Ireland, Greece, Norway, Sweden, Middle East, India and Spain. He worked with Hard Rock Café for 13 years holding various positions within the company including General Manager in Spain and Director of Marketing and Entertainment in Europe.
