Beneficiary Sokouk System
Sokouk is defined as a document that grants the owner the right to benefit from something for a limited period of time.

Beneficiary Sokouk represents one product of the rental contract of Islamic Sharia'a. This tool has been designed as a consumer tool - as any Sokouk grants its owner the right to benefit from an apartment for a limited period of time - an investment tool where owners can invest in a number of Sokouk to generate investment returns, and an exchange tool where Sokouk owners can circulate among other owners, both individuals and financial institutions, through selling and buying.

Through beneficiary Sokouk, the holder can benefit from an apartment for a long period of time without buying or renting the property. The document also ensures the availability of apartments and satisfies the needs of various sections of the Muslim population around the world.

The Beneficiary Sokouk were designed in a way to cope with the nature of holy visits to Mecca and Al Medina and offers flexibility of changing the period of stay at the property. Sukok can also be sold, bought, presented as a gift and inherited

Beneficiary Sokouk are also characterized by their low costs, offering flexibility in purchasing a specific period and the benefit from discounts based on the payment of the Sokouk value at the beginning of the contract (Discounts may reach 50% of available prices in the market). The stability of the Sokouk prices are not affected by the various market factors such as rents which are affected by inflation and demand / supply pressures. The value of Sokouk can also increase significantly which gives the owner a secure investment.
