AXA's motor claims process now over the phone

AXA has installed their CRM system in all allocated garages and therefore is able to launch the 'claims over the phone' system.
AXA has launched its opening of Customers no longer need to take time out from their busy schedule to go to the claims office; they can simply call the AXA claims office and register the claim on the phone. Thereafter, they can then drop their cars at the garage along with all the relevant police papers and things will be taken care of from there.
AXA has installed their CRM system in all allocated garages and because the claim has been registered over the phone, the garages get a message online intimating them of the car's arrival. The CRM system has made AXA's claim process very convenient for both back office operations and customers alike. It facilitates seamless communication via sms or email to customers so that they are constantly kept up to date about their vehicle's status at the garage.
Says Xavier Veyry, Chief Operations Officer, AXA Services Unit, "This is a marked improvement for the management of the claims process as we know it in this market and we are the first to start this kind of initiative. We will not stop here - we are working progressively to even provide a valet service to our customers so that they never have to visit the garage or the insurance office at all when they have a claim."
The constant improvements in processes are all part of AXA Insurance Gulf's larger plan of becoming the preferred company for customers and employees in the region by the year 2012.
