Samsung launches premium digital photo frame at Gitex 2007

Samsung Electronics, a global leader in consumer electronics and digital technology, introduces its state-of-the-art premium digital photo frame in Gitex 2007.
The photo frame incorporates an 8 inch screen which provides 800x600 resolution, contributing clear and vivid pictures and a 64M built in flash memory. In addition to allowing the user to view their pictures anytime and anywhere, the SPF-83V allows the user to send photos wirelessly via Windows Media Player or the website which supports RSS feeds to friends or family. The technology also allows you to view images on the World Wide Web without using a PC.
Yoon-ho Ha, SVP Visual Display Division, said,
"As the digital photo frame market continues to increase year on year, so does our commitment to providing our customers with innovative products which combine style and ease of use. Samsung technology indulges the user with a high performance frame which provides impressive picture quality thanks to the high resolution panel."
The SPF-83V can be used to play music and video files. MPEG1, MPEG4 and WMV9 video formats are all supported by the device. For music, MP3 players can be played and the frame includes built in speakers.
The photo frame includes the world's first ball-hinge mechanism which allows for easy wall mounting. In addition, the ball hinge is a simple and effective mechanism which permits straight-forward height and orientation adjustment for ideal viewing and functionality.
The SPF-83V has been specifically conceptualized to complement the needs of modern day interior design.
