RAK Free Trade Zone organizes HRM course for HR Managers

The training Center for Business Excellence in the Ras Al Khaimah Free Trade Zone (RAK FTZ) will organize a course on Human Resource Management on 6th September 2007.

Oussama El Omari, the zone's CEO said the curriculum of the courses the center organizes is a true link to the unique world of human resource management and other fields which employees are in need for in their career development. He added that the Human Resource Management one-day course is scheduled at 5:00- 9:00 pm to give the interested employees of various companies the chance to attend it.

He stressed that registration for this course is open for HR managers and employees of the public and private sectors and the general public interested in gaining professionalism in this field.

El Omari said the HRM course will introduce the participants to new techniques on how to utilize this new approach to streamline the process of handling HR. The course is designed to introduce participants to creating an ideal working environment for employees and improving the working conditions to make the performance of the employees more efficient and create more effective communication channels between the employees within the organization to achieve success.

He stressed that "The Center for Business Excellence" will be a continuing training module in Management and other necessary fields to raise the standards of employees and enable them gain the needful skills and knowledge.
