The current offerings of the 'VAD Service' consists of presales and post sales support including presales consultancy, proof of concept, demo kit offers, site survey, channel training, telephone/email support, and Return Merchandise Authorization.

The new VAD Service is part of OnLine Distribution's recent strategic reorganization of dedicated business units focusing on core technology sectors.
