Emirates Bank gears up for its participation at Gitex Dubai 2007

Emirates Bank, which is celebrating its 30th anniversary this year, is setting the stage for its presence at GITEX Dubai 2007.
During GITEX Dubai 2007, Emirates Bank will showcase its range of E-payment solutions which include: (Network International's payment Gateway), an online payment solution that accepts credit card payments; BankNet Power, the online banking service from Emirates Bank which lets you view and manage your account activities; and e-debit, the direct debit payment solution powered by Network International.
Emirates Bank will also display its innovative alternative channels offering. Alternative Channels are a critical element in the bank's distribution plans. These units are technology rich and provide full scale banking services through a much smaller "foot print" than the traditional retail branch. The latest self-service banking technology can be found at these locations and includes ATMs, Automated Cash and Check Deposit Machines and Internet Banking. By utilizing these cost-effective distribution channels, Emirates Bank is well positioned to provide banking services in the new growth areas of Dubai and the rest of the UAE that would be otherwise not feasible with traditional branch outlets.
Buzz Contact Centre Solutions, a subsidiary of Emirates Bank and a regional leader of financial services provision, and transaction processing, is aiming at the upcoming GITEX Dubai 2007 to attract new customers inlcuding finance houses, insurance companies, real-estate industries, IT industries, and banks. Buzz intends to achieve this through showcasing a list of customized services to its target customers, namely Tele-Marketing Activities, Lead Generation and Customer Service.
Network International (NI) plans during GITEX to showcase its comprehensive offering of Card Processing channels (POS, GPRS, e-debit payment system, Contactless and Payment gateway), Loyalty Scheme Management, Pro-Active Fraud Monitoring, SMS service, and Smart Card Personalization capabilities. NI is a subsidiary of Emirates Bank and a leading EMV certified payment solutions provider in the Middle East. NI offers the most secure, comprehensive and state-of-the-art card management solutions in both the issuing and acquiring segments of the card industry.
