Fujitsu Siemens Computers rolls out its 'Service Express'

Fujitsu Siemens Computers has launched its latest customer service initiative - the Service Express.

The new concept, created in partnership with DHL, is aimed at providing customers with rapid collection and servicing of their Fujitsu Siemens Computers products without having to brave the road traffic.

The service is being launched at Gitex Technology Week and will be available to customers across the UAE. The concept will gradually be extended to some other countries across the Middle East region in the near future.

Customers with Fujitsu Siemens Computers products under warranty can take advantage of this new service by calling the Service Express number to report a fault or request for a service. The Service Express team ensures that the unit is collected from the customer's home or office, serviced or repaired, and delivered within a given time frame. During this time, customers are regularly updated on the status of their product.

"The Service Express is our latest initiative to provide our customers with a superior level of after-sales service," said Aiham Al-Akhras, Fujitsu Siemens Computers' Service Manager for the Middle East.

"We want to offer customers peace of mind, ensuring them full satisfaction for their warranty service in this busy part of the world. Our strategy is to provide worry-free service solutions to further enhance our customers' confidence with Fujitsu Siemens Computers. Service Express offers our customers the best of both worlds - our expertise and technology and DHL's reach to collect the product and have it returned - from the convenience of their home or office. Our customers are entitled to exceptional service and we aim to provide it to them through Service Express."

Customers in the UAE can call the Fujitsu Siemens Computers Service Express on 04-366 0399, between 8am and 9pm, from Saturday through to Thursday.
