Jacky's launches 'Quality of Service' solution at GITEX TECHNOLOGY WEEK 2007

UAE-based Jacky's Middle East LLC today launched its Quality of Service (QoS) offering - a customer interactive feedback solution - at the trade component of GITEX TECHNOLOGY WEEK 2007 being held at the Dubai World Trade Centre.

With a 40 per cent increase in space over last year, Jacky's' Visitor Management Solutions department will also display its leading visitor and queue management systems, people counting solutions and exclusive wireless technologies.

'Customer needs and expectations are evolving rapidly across different sectors and this has placed heavy demands on the public and private organisations seeking to deliver service high standards,' said Ashish Panjabi, COO, Jacky's Middle East.

Catering to diverse government and private sector requirements, QoS provides four different affordable options, namely, Interactive Touch Screen Kiosk Units, Touch Screen Wall Hanging Units, Customer Interactive LCD Display Screens, and Fixed Buttons.

'The QoS module was developed as we were receiving constant requests from customers who had bought queue management systems from us that they wanted to capture customer satisfaction levels. With the information that is now captured an organization is now able to gauge their customer satisfaction levels overall as well as monitor staff performance,' said Ashish Panjabi.

Jacky's new and feature-packed QMS1000, QMS500 models sport LCD display screens and will help users make their office interiors more personalised and provide maximum information to visiting customers.
