SAP enable Al Rostamani Group to extend global reach

SAP Arabia today announced that Al Rostamani Group is set to employ SAP solutions that will modernize its IT and Business processes infrastructure and facilitate the group's growth.

With net assets of more than USD 2.5 billion, Al Rostamani Group is a conglomerate, composed of 16 companies ranging from automotive, heavy vehicles and travel related products and services, to financial services, construction, recycling, real estate, IT products and services and general trading.

Phase one of the multi-phased SAP implementation project is to be completed by August of 2008. SAP's mySAP ERP solution, together with additional industry solutions, will enhance and automate business process across the diversified industries within the group, as well as facilitate the group's aggressive expansion plans. Over the course of the next three years, SAP's aim is to enhance the automation, consolidation and efficiency of operations across the Al Rostamani Group of companies.
