du's continuously optimized network will provide easier access to mobile communications and 3G/2G data services. du's enhanced network reaches to include new areas in Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Khor Fakkan.

New permits are being acquired on a daily basis to set up new base stations and cell sites while giving particular attention to busy areas such as highways, residential and commercial areas and densely populated districts. The step is aimed to minimize network congestion and call drops that are normal for any newly setup telecoms across the globe.
du is also currently sharing 41 network sites with Etisalat in areas such as Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Khor Fakkan, Sharjah and Fujairah as well as remote areas.
