The role of the London office is to generate new business leads from one of the world's leading markets in digital communications where ad spend on digital media exceeded $4B in 2006 according to figures recently released by PriceWaterhouseCooper.
The business model being adopted in the UK is that of an outsourcing agency with all the work being carried out in Flip Holdings' offices located in India (Mumbai and Trivandrum) and Dubai. The representative office is managed by ex-MindShare MENA Regional Director, David Sheridan.
Flip Media is targeting the established creative, 1-to-1 and media network agencies as well as London's thriving independent digital agency sector. In the UK, Flip Media is not actively targeting direct clients, preferring to position itself as a service supplier to the digital communications industry.
