The video feed will be active every day from 9:00am to 06:00pm from September 8th through to September 12th, 2007.

"This is the first time that we are streaming 'live' in such a high bandwidth quality", says Martin Diessner, CEO of Flip Media and account director on du. He adds: "We are broadcasting from four cameras in real time and high-quality video which can be viewed by virtually unlimited number of users simultaneously - thanks to the bandwidth provided by Limelight Networks."

Limelight Networks is a high-performance content delivery network for digital media, providing massively scalable, global delivery solutions for on-demand and live Internet distribution of video, music, games and social media. Limelight Networks' infrastructure is optimized for the large object sizes, large content libraries, and large audiences associated with compelling rich media content.

Flip Media intends to integrate a generic Limelight adapter into its content management solution Chameleon. Dinesh Lalvani, Managing Partner, explains: "We are really excited about our partnership with Limelight, and we want all Chameleon clients to be able to use Limelight's content delivery network through a Chameleon plug-in."

Currently, Flip Media is providing streaming services not only to du telecom, but also to AME Info Broadband, Nestle, Dubai International Film Festival, Bahrain International Circuit and Emirates Airlines.

The live video feed is available every day from 9:00am to 06:00pm from September 8th through to September 12th, 2007.
