TUeV will inspect the site during the foundation and basement structure including waterproofing phase; shell construction of the building and concrete and masonry work of the basement; plumbing, air-conditioning and electrical works and fire protection, insulation works, tile, flooring and sanitary works.
German civil engineers from TUeV will check the whole development after its completion as part of the assessment check. Before the end of warranty, a further assessment check will be made to secure the quality even beyond the warranty period to ensure that the homes meet world class standards.
