Versatile, the Opteva 324 can also be configured or upgraded to include the additional functions of cheque deposit or statement printing. With the Opteva family, banks have the freedom to deploy new functionality in a constantly evolving business environment whilst protecting their investment in technology.
James Chen, Senior Vice President, Asia Pacific and Europe, Middle East & Africa says:
"We are pleased to be attending GITEX again this year, highlighting our latest technologies designed to help financial institutions transform the branch. The Middle East is a strategic market for us, and the new Opteva 324 has been created specifically with this market in mind."
Chen continues; "The modular design of the Opteva 324 enables it to be installed with a new terminal, or as part of an upgrade to existing terminals; this means financial institutions at all stages of branch transformation can benefit from Diebold's innovative bulk deposit and cash recycling technologies. These cost-effective solutions speed up the cheque and cash handling process, cutting down on errors and the risk of fraud while reducing costs."
The Opteva 324 is powered by the Agilis® software family, a sophisticated, flexible and open platform that delivers enhanced services to customers, providing banks with the ability to quickly react to changing retail customer expectations.
Demonstrated in conjunction with an Opteva 520 lobby ATM, the combined solution offers traditional ATM functionality with bulk cash deposit of Saudi Riyal Currency.
Diebold's latest innovations will be demonstrated on the stand daily. Diebold's stand B1-1 can be found in Hall 1.
