Altitude Software scoops two prestigious contact centre awards in EMEA

Altitude Software, a leading independent contact center solutions vendor, has won two awards for its leading customer service in two categories at the ContactCenterWorld.com Members' Choice Awards.

Voted for by customers, Altitude Software solutions were awarded the "Best in Class Customer Service for Multi-Channel Contact Center Solutions in EMEA", and the "Best in Class Customer Service for Outbound Product in EMEA" Awards.
