Sakana and Al Fateh sign Islamic mortgage agreement for Gardenia

High-rise living is within the sights of a greater number of buyers after the recent signing of a preferred Islamic mortgage finance agreement between the Sakana Holistic Housing Solutions and Al Fateh Towers - Gardenia.
Mr R. Lakshmanan, CEO of Sakana, said: "Our intention is to develop strong ties within the property market which will simplify the buying process. This agreement sees us move ahead in the middle income market where we are confident of strong demand."
Sakana's unique range of Sharia'a-compliant products and services will be available to investors of all nationalities interested in the purchase of a Gardenia residence.
