Being already two years with the company, Biljana moves from her role as Guest Relations Manager at the Al Bustan Rotana Hotel where she enhanced her hotel operation experience after having worked with Hilton Hotels for four years.
Biljana holds Bachelor's in Business & Management from the University of Economy in Skopje, Macedonia.
In this new appointment, Biljana will take charge to further develop the marketing and promotional strategies, in order to establish maximum awareness of the three properties within the fast growing competitive market.
