H. E. Ahmed Humaid Al Tayer, Chairman of Emirates Bank and Chairman of the Supreme Committee of 'Al Tomoh' Scheme for small business finance has inaugurated two new enterprises - the My vision Engineering Consultants and Nasser Mal Allah Advocates & Legal Advisors.
The opening ceremony was attended by Mr. Suliman Hamed Al Mazroui, the Executive Director of the Supreme Committee.
Upon inauguration, H. E. Ahmed Humaid Al Tayer stated that by these two projects, the proportion of the financed projects in the services sector has reached to 67 per cent.
H. E. Ahmed Humaid Al Tayer added that the 'Al Tomoh' Scheme is keen on utilizing the economic boom witnessed by the Emirate of Dubai in particular and the United Arab Emirates in general and identifying the market needs of the sectors which are short of localization on the bases that one of the targets of 'Al Tomoh' Scheme is to finance national enterprises such as advocates offices which were in need of UAE nationals. "In the last few years we were able to finance and open 7 advocate offices and to encourage financing the professional sector in view of our realization of the importance of having professional projects owned by UAE nationals and to join young local investors in the free labor sector and urge them to participate in the economic development, the matter which is fruitful for tem personally and for the whole UAE."
Mr. Sulaiman Hamed Al Mazroui, the Executive Director of the Scheme has expressed his utmost pleasure in financing these two projects as it is considered as a new addition to the projects financed by the Scheme. Mr. Al- Mazroui also applauded the quality of the projects approved since the commencement of the Scheme so far. Further, he stated that the Scheme always adheres to selecting the projects that add economic value to the Emirate of Dubai in particular and the United Arab Emirates in general and aim at localizing the sectors which are in lack of UAE nationals. "The Scheme will be generalized to all the Emirates as it is now existing in Dubai, Fujaira and Sahrjah and in the next phase it will be arranged for the Scheme to exist in Ras Al Khaimah and Ajman," added Mr. Al- Mazroui.
Mr. Al- Mazroui congratulated Mr. Nasser Mal Allah, owner of the project: Nasser Mal Allah Advocates & Legal Advisors for opening it and starting the business. He also congratulated Engineer Ahmed Hassan Mahboub, owner of the project: My vision Engineering Consultants and Internal Design who has executed important contracts with a number of major companies and institutions in view of the high efficiency of the new project.
Mr. Nasser Mal Allah and Engineer Ahmed Hassan Mahboub have praised the financial and incorporeal support of the Scheme and thanked the management of the Scheme for their backing up.
Those present also gave credit to the achievements of the Scheme which has been proving its success and the ability of the UAE youth to succeed and join the business world.
Statistics confirmed that the entry of 92 projects to the local economic market though Al Tomoh Scheme is considered as a good number which will be doubled by the Scheme in the coming years due to the expertise gained. This is another evidence of the success of Al Tomoh Scheme in meeting the young male and female people' ambition and investing their capabilities in costructive projects.
