SKY announces availability of server solutions based on the AMD's new Opteron Quad Core processors

It is the first integrator in the region to offer products integrated with AMD's new offering. SKY, which is co-exhibiting with TYAN at GITEX Technology Week 2007, says that it has ready-to-ship servers and workstations built with AMD Opteron Quad Core solutions.

According to Thacker, SKY's solutions on Quad Core AMD processors are ready to cater to industries, which require high performance servers and workstations. SKY Electronics and TYAN have come together to educate and share their futuristic vision to visitors at GITEX Technology Week 2007. At the event, SKY is also placing the spotlight on its range of products built using TYAN's components and barebones, including the much-acclaimed Expression series and Expeditor series workstations and servers.
