The centre will serve multiple purposes (document centre-walk-in customers) in addition to having tailor made industry seminars given by trained industry specialists who will be able to advise customers on solutions that can meet their specific needs.
The launch of the centre is in line with Xerox Emirates commitment to "Improve the Customer Experience" which is the company's key priority. At Xerox , all internal processes are geared towards improving the overall customer service experience in order to ensure the delivery of quality in all customer interactions with the company. The company's after sales service has also been elevated with the introduction of the 'Up Your Service' development program deployed company-wide to ensure world-class service delivery in all areas.
According to Andrew Hurt, General Manager, Xerox Emirates,
"This center will enhance the total customer experience and demonstrate the latest industry products and solutions to increase profits and boost productivity and revenue by improving the entire printing process.
