In cooperation with Ericsson, Jordan telecom Group through Orange has announced the launch of an innovative prepaid card that enables the Group's customers to recharge their prepaid account, whether mobile, fixed or internet.
Mr. Tareq Al Saa'di, Ericsson Country Manager, said that the company is always committed to offering Jordan Telecom Group all what is advanced and superior to its customers, and this project is to prove the strategic partnership between the two establishments.
Because of its high-tech services, Ericsson was able to expand with its network and worldwide services in every part of the world, and create real and active partnership with its customers, offering them low costs with high quality.
This prepaid card comes in JD5, 12, 22, and 32 denominations to fit the needs of the different segments of the society.
The CEO clarified that the Group services, which adopted the Orange brand name, present a new dimension of world class standards for the benefit of Jordanian citizens. He pointed out that the strategic relationship with France Telecom Group, one of the largest operators of telecommunications services in the world, helps Jordan Telecom Group to stay amid the latest offerings of technologies and services, therefore, providing the best solutions to Jordanians.
The new card comes to underline the concept of one-stop-shop that Jordan Telecom Group seeks to demonstrate after the merge of its four companies under one umbrella to become an integrated operator that provides fixed, internet and mobile services through its shops, located throughout the Kingdom.
"The Group's successful application of integration has encouraged other operators, locally and regionally, to follow suit, realizing that the road to future success requires a successful merger," said Majd Shweikeh, Vice President Jordan Telecom Group / CEO Orange Personal.
The new product adds to the series of offers that had been launched by the Group after endorsing Orange such as World Call service, which gives customers an attractive international calling option by enabling them via a computer to contact others on their land line or mobile device in any place around the world. The service also has many other features.
"What distinguishes Orange services is its ability to facilitate communication between people wherever, whenever they are. The new service embodies this direction as it gives our customers the option of topping up their prepaid mobile, internet, and fixed accounts, instead of the classic search for prepaid separate cards," Ghossein concluded.
