The winners were determined by a panel of judges who recognized these organizations for achieving excellence in IT management, for demonstrating measurable results from improved IT, and for achieving outstanding implementation success and process improvements.

The VIP awards are categorized in three segments which include vision, impact and progress and each category recognizes a company for the specific achievements in their respective fields.
Vision:
The Vision Award recognizes demonstrated success in achieving excellence in IT management and for demonstrating a clear vision of how IT supports overall enterprise success.
• Dubai Police won the Customer Vision Award in recognition of its use of industry leading IT tools and solutions to meet the challenges of managing IT in a dynamic environment both today as well as in the future.
• Lateral Systems & Solutions FZ LLC (LS2) was selected as winner of the Partner Vision Award, having demonstrated tremendous vision and commitment to CA, investing in the future of the relationship through training and certification.
Impact:
The Impact Award recognizes demonstrable and measurable results from improved IT, especially in terms of productivity, financial benefits, quality improvements and/ or customer satisfaction.
• Dubai International Financial Centre was awarded as the Customer Impact winner for the measurable impact on their business as a result of deploying and integrating various CA solutions which included automating core processes, adopting ITIL best practices and establishing service level agreements.
• The winner of the Partner Impact Award was Optimiza Solutions, in recognition of its internal use of CA's software, extensive investment in training and certifications across various CA capability solutions and for numerous successful implementations in Jordan.
Progress:
The Progress Award recognizes organizations that have achieved outstanding implementation success or process improvements.
• The Contact Centre was selected as the Customer Progress winner, for achieving excellence in network management and in optimizing CA's solutions over the years.
• Devoteam won the Partner Progress Award for restructuring its solution business unit to align with the Project and Portfolio Management solution set of CA, thus putting more emphasis on driving CA's revenue in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Best Newcomer:
A fourth category, Best Newcomer, can be given to any partner of CA's choosing.
• NavLink was selected as the winner of the Best Newcomer award, due to their innovative Managed Services business model and regional outlook. NavLink is the first Managed Services provider officially by CA in the Middle East and North Africa region.
