Gender-related issues and challenges in Dubai's multicultural work environment, as well as wage disparities among its 200-odd nationalities were some of the topics discussed. Apart from providing specific recommendations to help deal with business issues in the market, experts highlighted ways to leverage diversity in order to optimise solutions and provide economic returns.
Chaired by Omar Shamma, Managing Director, Third Eye, the event included speakers Noorah Mezaina, Recruitment and Development Manager, Shell Markets Middle East, and Steve Halligan, Managing Director, The Core Group.
