No licence for Al Vefagh

Bahrain's Ministry of Information has denied reports it has issued a circulation licence to Al Vefagh, the daily Arabic newspaper of the Iranian news agency, according to Gulf News. Last week, Mosayeh Naimi, the Editor of Al Vefagh, told a London based Arabic publication that his paper had received circulation licences in Bahrain, Oman and other Arab states. Naimi said he wanted to generate 'genuine communication between Arabs and Iranians '.
