The solution from Al-Futtaim Technologies will help DGCX to serve members by providing better automated response and support. DGCX will be able to log, track and quickly respond to each customer request with the help of the IVR solution. The new solution integrates seamlessly with the existing Alcatel telephony systems provided by Al-Futtaim Technologies and substitutes the existing fax-based legacy system with a technologically advanced voice-based solution without compromising on security.

Venkat Raghavan, General Manager, Al-Futtaim Technologies, believes the extensive experience and proven track record of the company in delivering projects contributed to the quick and successful implementation of the IVR solution at DGCX. He said, "Al-Futtaim Technologies has extensive experience in the implementation of voice systems and voice applications and has successfully executed many projects in the UAE.

"We believe that our innovative development methodology and commitment will help deliver significant benefits to DGCX and its members. The IVR solution will improve customer satisfaction, reduce costs and improve the overall business process for DGCX," he added.

"In order to support the growing demands and expectations from our members, DGCX is constantly leveraging new technological advancements and looking for ways to invest in improving our infrastructure," said Basab Banerjee, Head of Technologies, DGCX. "The implementation of the IVR solution from Al-Futtaim Technologies will help us offer a higher level of service to our members. Becoming more accessible helps us to serve our members better, and underline the way we are positioning ourselves in the global market."

Al-Futtaim Technologies implemented the IVR solution for DGCX in two months.
