FORTUNE ranks CBRE as 33rd fastest growing company in US

CB Richard Ellis Group, Inc., the global real estate advisory with a major presence in the Middle East, has been named 33rd fastest growing company in the US, in FORTUNE magazine's top 100 list for 2007.
Nicholas Maclean, Managing Director, CB Richard Ellis Middle East, said the company's growth and the contributing factors are seen across all regions including the Middle East.
"CBRE expect its current UAE team to double in size during 2008 with existing business lines expanding and new business lines becoming operational in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. The firm will also open new offices in the region over the next few months. We are very fortunate to be included in some of the region's most exciting real estate development schemes and this activity in itself is generating substantial new business," he added.
