Iran says oil spike temporary

Iran's Opec Governor Hossein Kazempour Ardebili has said present oil prices of around $82 a barrel are not viable long-term, reported Reuters citing state radio. Ardebili said geopolitical tensions and recent anxieties in global stock markets were behind the present spike. But he did admit that ongoing political concerns coupled with bad weather could see oil hit $100, saying 'anything is possible'.
