Mr Varun Chaudhary, Director, Cinnovation Group, and Mr Ali Dar, Managing Director of HDS Group, took matters into their own hands, digging up the ground to begin construction on the first tower on plot number 22 in the Central Business District in International City.
The HDS Sunstar Towers project distinguishes itself from other projects within International City by being the first and only project to offer buyers the comfort of 'seeing is believing', as buyers get the chance to see what their money will buy.
"You would never buy a car without seeing what it looks like, would you?" says Mr Varun Chaudhary, Director, Cinnovation Groups. "You are investing much more money in buying property and being able to see what you are paying for makes all the difference. HDS Sunstar Towers is not one of those projects that sells based purely on a concept. We will show prospective buyers the property they will be investing in."
The HDS Sunstar Towers are slated for completion in the last quarter of 2008, and units will be sold starting mid 2008, at which time financing options will also be announced.
Said Mr Ali Dar, Managing Director of HDS Group, "The location and the positioning of the HDS Sunstar Towers ensures the exclusivity and prestige of a world-class development."
The two G+10-storey residential towers - valued at over Dhs 200 million - consist of one- and two-bedroom units offering spacious living areas, and will reflect the vision of the two leading names at their helm.
Both Cinnovation and HDS Group have, over the years, established themselves as major players in the real estate industry.
