Peter Pollak, General Manager Passenger Sales U.A.E. & Director Gulf & Pakistan, said, 'The 'Miles en Route promotion' is aimed to channel further benefits for our frequent travellers to earn additional award miles'.
Passengers travelling on Lufthansa from Dubai, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman and Qatar can earn an additional 2,500 award miles in Economy Class, 5,000 award miles in Business Class and 7,500 award miles in First Class from now on until November 30th.
Those extra miles can be earned by all Miles & More members who have registered online at www.lufthansa.com.
Passengers who would like to join the airline's loyalty programme can enroll online, at the Lufthansa sales offices, at a travel agent or at the airport and register for the promotion (www.miles-and-more.com/milesenroute).
The Award miles are calculated per sector: For example, a passenger travelling Dubai-Frankfurt-London-Frankfurt-Dubai will get the additional award miles for the Dubai-Frankfurt and the Frankfurt-Dubai sector.
The same applies for passengers flying from Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman and Qatar. The extra award miles will be credited after the promotion is over. Both flights to and from the destination must take place during the time of the 'Miles en Route' promotion.
