SCC, Saudia catering stake

The Strategic Catering Company (SCC), a consortium comprising the Abdul Mohsen Al Hokair Tourism and Development Company, Fowzan Holding and Newrest Group Holding, has secured a 49% stake in Saudi Catering, Saudi Arabian Airlines' (Saudia) catering division, reported Arab News. The sale is part of the airline's strategy to divide its various units into separate companies prior to privatisation.
