Tameer awards Khatib & Alami the consultant and design contract for 'Platinum Towers'

Tameer Holding, the region's leading real estate developer, has awarded the architectural and engineering consultancy, design and supervising services contract for its 'Platinum Towers', an integrated residential and commercial project, to Consolidated Engineering Company (Khatib & Alami).
"Platinum Towers" is the third of Tameer's signature projects in Business Bay area. Platinum Towers will make the Tameer brand name synonymous with the concepts of unique design and the highest standard of luxury.

Abdulhamid Moukayed, Tameer Dubai and Northern Emirates Business Unit Managing Director, said: "We are introducing a new iconic landmark to the Business Bay map."Platinum Towers" will symbolize luxurious living and commercial solutions, which will reflect Tameer's leading position and its state-of-the-art developments."

Launching this new project, Tameer has left its footprint on the Business Bay map, and marked its third luxurious tower in the new leading business center after "Regal Tower" and "Silver Tower".
"Silver Tower", was sold out in record time. It is comprised of 260 offices of varying sizes over 27 of the building's 31 floors, all characterized by the highest standards of design, construction and finishing. The total area of the tower is around 700 thousand square feet with a final height of 147.5 meters. The location of "Silver Tower" in Business Bay gives easy access to all parts of Dubai.
In the same context, Tameer has recently awarded Al Arrab General Contracting LLC to construct at Business Bay in Dubai the "Regal Tower", which consists of ground floor and 32-storey commercial tower with a total area of more than 784 thousand square feet.
