Lootah BCGas (LBCG), part of the UAE based business conglomerate S.S. Lootah Group, continue with high standards for safety in their current gas network project at the 'Palm Jumeirah'. In order that the time taken for an emergency response is in line with minimums compared to any other gas utility in the world. LBCG continues to improve and keep abreast of the newest technologies and practices with regard to safety to ensure all personnel are trained and equipped to deal with any incident that might arise on a gas system.

It is essential that prompt and appropriate action is taken should there be a need for a response and the LBCG Emergency Response Vehicle is fully equipped for this purpose'
LBCG's involvement in the Palm Jumeirah project is to develop a centralized LPG distribution system that in time can be readily converted to Natural Gas. Lootah BCGas has also completed 4 different sub sea lines running between the Crown and the crescent at the Palm Jumeirah. Lootah BCGas will be responsible for all operating and maintenance services such as ensuring uninterrupted gas supply, repairs, modifications, conversions, and emergency response.

LBCG has introduced the newest 'Mobile Emergency Van' (MEV) available 24 hours on site with state-of-the-art equipment and techniques to handle any gas emergency.
