SEAT scores in leading auto magazine review
- Oman: Tuesday, September 25 - 2007 at 10:39
- PRESS RELEASE
In a recent review done by a leading auto magazine on hatches in the Oman market, SEAT Leon was rated the best and most good looking among the many others spotted on the country's asphalts.
Expressed as Comfort, Class, Competition; the stunner sets its competitive expectations at a high; the interior turns them into a stylish, inviting, sports ready reality. It's roomy and comfortable, yet with the 'down-to-business' feel of a true sports vehicle, that delivers distinctive style.
After test-driving the SEAT Leon, a DRIVEN spokesperson said, "We were quite impressed by the Leon's characteristics. It offers higher levels of build quality than its Japanese competition, while being a true driver's car priced similar to mass-market hatches. In terms of other aspects such as safety, performance and technology it leaves other brands lacking."
A belief in competitive driving is built on one thing above all - unbridled power. The Leon's range of engines offers two of the world most advanced fuel injection systems: Fuel Stratified Injection (FSI) - including the huge torque and performance of Turbo Stratified Injection (TSI) - for petrol and Turbocharged Diesel Injection (TDI) for diesel, available with a Diesel Particle Filter (or DPF). So no matter which fuel type you choose, the Leon delivers thrilling motoring with more power, more torque, more economy and less effect to the environment.
The SEAT Leon comes in models like the Reference, Sport, Stylance, Sport-up FR and Leon Cupra. As the verdict of the review by DRIVEN states the SEAT Leon as "Style with enough substance", it's worth a drive.
SEAT S.A., is a Spanish company wholly owned subsidiary of Volkswagen-Audi Group- Germany. In Oman, Towell Auto Centre is authorized Dealer of SEAT and its showroom is located at Wattayah.
