AIESEC recruits members in Dubai and Abu Dhabi

AIESEC, the world's largest student organization recruits members in Dubai and Abu Dhabi to enable next generation of UAE leadership.

The world's largest student organization, AIESEC, aims to recruit the most proactive UAE students to participate in its activities throughout the year. The local chapter of AIESEC in Dubai and Abu Dhabi will recruit its next generation of members in October.

All of them will have the option to participate in the Global Internship Program of AIESEC in February and June and will have the chance to work and live abroad for two months in one of the more than 100 countries AIESEC is present in.

The local chapters of AIESEC will enable the most proactive students of Dubai and Abu Dhabi to develop leadership skills and gain practical experience by executing projects around Entrepreneurship, Energy and Bridging the Gap between the Arab countries and the Western World. Members of AIESEC will have the chance to attend international youth conferences and host interns coming to UAE from abroad and communicate with various cultures.

"We are looking for the most proactive, most willing to develop students, who want to discover their potential and develop leadership skills while in university. The platform of AIESEC will give those students plenty of opportunities to develop in a dynamic team environment, to discover what their strengths are, to communicate with peers across the world and to learn through experience, " explained Stella Grancheva, president of AIESEC in the UAE.

In October AIESEC will run orientation and induction process after which the best 60 students will be selected to be members of the prestigious student organization. The selected members will be engaged in voluntary activities around Entrepreneurship, Energy and Bridging the gap between the Arab countries and the western world. 20 of the members will be further selected to go on a short term professional internship abroad through the Global Internship Program of AIESEC in February and June 2008.
