The main contractor and sub-contractor that will take over once the first phase is completed will be announced shortly.

"Memon Investments has realized yet another goal in the Champions Tower series, and while we are proud of our progress, we also recognize the role played by our partners in helping us achieve our goals and turning our dreams into reality," said Rizwan Shaikhani. "Like the other two towers in the series, Champions Tower III is also poised to become a benchmark in concept, design, and construction and we are glad to work with highly reputed partners such as SEF."

A 16-storey freehold residential tower, Champions Tower III was launched in June this year, has a total built-up area of 250,000 square feet and offers a selection of 132 studio, 108 one-bedroom and 16 two-bedroom apartments. The expertise of SEF in mechanical foundations and piling works, employing different techniques, has earned them the much coveted Champions Tower III contract. Established in Dubai in July 1994, SEF has been utilizing cutting edge systems in piling, shoring and anchoring works such as Bentonite slurry suspended method, CFA method, steel solder piles, sheet piles, contiguous piles and secant piles. At present, SEF has completed more than 550 projects across the UAE.

Ahmed Al Adl said, "Stromek Emirates Foundations is eager to start working on the prestigious Champions Tower III project and more importantly to be involved with a reputed developer like Memon Investments. This will also give us an opportunity to demonstrate our expertise in shoring and excavation works, which has made us an industry leader in the UAE."
