It will be the third retail branch Mena Telecom has opened after GOSI Complex (Exhibition Road) last year and KFH Automall (Sitra Highway) in June.
The retail branch was inaugurated by Mr. Abdulhakeem Al Khayyat, Chairman of Mena Telecom and General Manager of Kuwait Finance House (Bahrain) who said, 'The opening of this third retail branch in the Kingdom of Bahrain strengthens Mena Telecom's market position and demonstrates our commitment to invest in Bahrain and provide quality telecommunication services for the long-term.'
The retail branch is located on the lower level of the Country Mall and will act as a one-stop-shop for all Mena Telecom's products and services including MenaWiMAX (wireless communication solutions), International Fixed Line service, MenaTalk (international prepaid calling cards) and Two Way Satellite and Broadband Applications. Trained customer service representatives will be on hand to answer customer queries, assist customers who wish to subscribe to any of Mena Telecom's services; process bill payments and offer advice on all of the company's products and services. Mena Telecom retail outlets also stock the latest mobile phones for customers to purchase.
Mr Abdul Razak Jawahery, Executive Manager Kuwait Finance House - Bahrain (KFH), representing KFH as Vice Chairman and Managing Director of Mena Telecom was also present at the opening and said, 'Mena Telecom's retail branches are about our relationships with our customers, a relationship we strive to make positive and valuable. By opening our third retail we are able to reach more customers than ever before, allowing more people to experience the variety of telecoms services Mena Telecom provides. One of Bahrain's leading telecommunications companies, Mena Telecom, opened another retail branch at Country Mall, Budaiya Highway yesterday.
