RTA holds 'Work Pressure' seminar

the Women's Committee at Roads & Transport Authority (RTA) held a symposium under the theme 'Work Pressure' delivered by lecturer Mr. Khalifa Al Mahrazi, Training & Development Consultant at Dialogue Studies Center.
The lecturer highlighted the importance of containing and curbing this issue so that its negative effects will not impact community members, otherwise it will have serious effects which will be difficult to cure.
The lecturer further added that work pressures have adverse effects on business conduct and job performance; a matter which will not serve the interests of the employee, let alone blocking the path of development and excellence. In order to eliminate these pressures he offered RTA employees some advices and attitudes that have to be adopted in order to evade work pressures.
At the end of the seminar, Mr. Al Mahrazi commended the efforts of Women Committee and reiterated that he stands ready to fully cooperate with RTA Women Committee; which is keen to take the initiative of providing everything to assist employees in their work and help them progress to the top of job hierarchy.
Dr. Aysha Al Busmait, Director of Marketing & Corporate Communication Dep't & Chairwomen of RTA Women Committee, stated that the emergence of this committee underlines the confidence pinned by H.E. the Chairman of the Board & Executive Director of the RTA in the influential role & contribution of women within the RTA.
Linking the Committee with the community adds a social tributary and heightens the awareness of the potential effective contribution of women in decision-making. This will undoubtedly have positive impacts on work environment, family and community at large.
"The seminar added much thoughts & advices to RTA employees, by Mr. Khalifa Al Mahrazi, that will help in eliminating an important issue which has serious impacts on employees i.e. work pressures. RTA is in desperate need to hold such seminars which tackle the problems met at many business sectors, be it public or private, and sort out suitable solutions to eliminate the problems" added Dr. Aysha.
At the end of the seminar, RTA employees expressed their delight for the success of the seminar, as it triggered new concepts & enlightened views capable of shaping employees into successful & leading figures. They expressed their desire to attend further lectures by Mr. Khalifa Al Mahrazi.
